Growth sounds like pure celebration until the cracks in your capacity start to show.
We grew fast. Pastoral care requests climbed. Systems lagged. I was preaching strong and leading tired.
The hard conversation came with our elders: "What got us here will not carry us alone into the next season."
We brought in outside coaching, empowered team leads, and restructured decision lanes. That was not failure. That was stewardship.
