Practical encouragement for trusting God through the small, hard, and holy moments of daily family life.
There is holiness in the ordinary.
Not just in the mountaintop moments or the answered prayers we post about, but in the 3 AM wake-up calls, the spilled milk, the dishwasher that needs loading for the third time today.
God is here, too. And sometimes, that truth is all that keeps us breathing.
The small yes matters.
You do not need a grand gesture to grow in faith today. The yes to patience when the toddler melts down. The yes to gentleness when your spouse speaks harshly. The yes to showing up, again, when you would rather scroll.
Each small yes is a seed. God grows what we cannot.
A prayer for the too-much days:
Lord, I am small and this calling feels big. The needs around me outnumber my hands, my energy, my patience. But You promised Your strength is made perfect in my weakness.
So I come to You empty, trusting You to fill what I cannot. Help me see my family not as a list of tasks, but as souls You have placed in my care. Give me eyes to find You in the chaos. Amen.
You are not failing.
You are learning, growing, and being refined. The fact that you care enough to worry about getting it right? That is evidence of grace at work in you.
Keep going, mama. God is not finished with your story, or theirs. Trust Him with today.
