Honor: Parents are first authority → builds foundation for honoring God and all leaders.
Children don’t need friends, they need fathers and mothers.
They don’t need buddies to play with; they need authority to lead them.

The product of “parents as friends” has filled America with orphans who cannot step into true fatherhood or motherhood, because they were never fathered or mothered themselves.
If parents are simply friends and not authority, then our children will assume all leadership is just a friend and not Authority. They will even think God is just a friend and not an authority.
Parents who lower themselves to peers instead of raising children in discipline and instruction leave them spiritually orphaned.
Jesus may call you friend. But you are to call Him God.

Culture says to their parents: “You don’t own me. You owe me. I can do what I want.”
Truth:
- Only a female can be a mom.

- One mom and one dad is the only thing that makes a family.
- Having children is a mandate from God to multiply and fill the earth.
- Honoring your parents is a command from God.
- Disciplining your children is an act of love.
- No one should have more rights over children than their parents.
